The Admissions Committee reviews applicant files to select a talented group of students from around the globe for ZLOG's specialized studies at the ZLC and MIT. The admissions process ensures that the individuals invited into the Master's (ZLOG) program are well-prepared for intensive studies in logistics and supply chain management and positioned for success upon graduation. Completion of a four year undergraduate program equivalent to the Bachelor's Degree is required.
Diversity in the student body is an important characteristic of the ZLC programs. While applicants are expected to have an aptitude for analytical thinking, a previous degree in engineering is not required. Work experience from a variety of operational and management responsibilities provides a valuable background for the ZLOG program. However, we do welcome exceptional students with little or no work experience. We invite applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.

Deadlines
We review applications in three rounds:
Round I - November 15, 2009
Round II - February 15, 2010
Round III - April 15, 2010 and if seats are available we shall proceed with rolling admissions
All applications are for fall term admission. Students seeking financial aid and international students are highly encouraged to apply in Rounds I and II to allow more funding opportunities and time for visa processing.

Application Fee
The application fee of €90 may be paid online via credit card or check drawn from a US bank. If you would like to make payment via bank transfer, please contact the ZLC Admissions Office.
Note: the Government of Aragón grants some application fee waivers; contact the Admissions Office to request one.
Resume
Relevant work experience is important, although not essential, for participation in the ZLOG program. Therefore, every applicant must provide us with a current resume. Please mail a copy of your resume to the ZLC Admissions Office.
GMAT/GRE Applicants are required to take either the GMAT or the GRE General Test, though exceptions may be granted for individuals who demonstrate strong achievement in completing a college degree - including some quantitative training - and evidence of advanced verbal and written proficiency in the English language. Exam registration information is available at the following websites.

You will both self-report the GMAT or GRE scores on the application form and submit official score reports directly to the ZLC by using Institution Code 3803. The Institution Code is the same for both GMAT and GRE. For the GRE, please use Department Code 0000.
TOEFL
Since the ZLOG classes are taught in English, applicants from non-English-speaking nations should offer evidence of written and oral proficiency in the English language by taking the TOEFL. Alternative assessments such as IELTS or Cambridge Proficiency may also be submitted. To register for TOEFL, write directly to:

Transcripts
You should request an official transcript from each undergraduate and graduate program in which you have participated and submit it in its sealed envelope to the ZLC Admissions Office. You may also request that your former educational institution(s) mail official copies of the transcripts directly to the ZLC Admissions Office.
Letters of Recommendation
Each applicant must provide three personal references from professors, advisors, or supervisors. We encourage a mix of academic and professional evaluations, if possible. The ZLC Admissions Office has prepared a form for your evaluators to use. Please contact the ZLC Admissions Office or download the forms below.

If using the online application, you have the option of using an online reference process. In this case, your referees will be emailed a link to the online reference form and instructions for completing it upon final submission of your online application. Please make sure in advance that your referees have indicated they are willing to fill out a reference form for you. Bear in mind that it is your responsibility to ensure that your referees have submitted their forms by the appropriate deadline.
