ZLOG African Health and Humanitarian Systems Scholarship

Each year, ZLC and the MIT-Zaragoza Program award up to two full-tuition scholarships for qualified candidates to complete the ZLOG Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

The purpose of this initiative is to attract outstanding future leaders who can make a vital contribution to filling the current capacity gap in Africa for well-trained supply chain and logistics professionals dedicated to the field of health and humanitarian logistics. For this reason, candidates should display exceptional academic achievement and distinctive personal accomplishment in addition to an interest in pursing a career in health and humanitarian logistics.

Scholarship holders must make a contractual commitment to work for a well-established and reputable organization in Africa in the area of health-care logistics, health-systems, health policy, drug procurement and distribution, humanitarian logistics, disaster relief logistics, etc. for a period of at least two years upon graduation of the ZLOG masters program.

To date, several students have had the opportunity to graduate from the ZLOG program thanks to this scholarship.
