Abstract
Research topics in logistics and supply chain management have been traditionally linked to challenges in inventory, forecasting, transportation and network optimization. The academic world has been studying these challenges and developing various models for a few decades now. Some of the latest research reveals new and different applications of existing supply chain concepts.
