Project Description
The Logistics and Transport of Aragón Monograph reflects the efforts of the Autonomous Region of Aragon to invigorate industry in this region, favored by its geographic, economic and social potential as well as by the investments made by the Administration in the last decade in this very proliferous sector.
This book gathers and analyzes the infrastructures and technology directly related to the logistics sector. Special emphasis is also placed on the intermodality of the region, the available land and its projection outside the region through the various research institutions and centers as well as the support for their R+D+i.
The project consists in carrying out a study of the state of the logistics and transport infrastructure in Aragón, taking into account the following points:
- Transport infrastructure in Aragón
- The logistics business sector
- Spacial distribution of companies in Aragón
- Other logistics sectors
- Intermodality
- Bodies promoting transport and logistics
