The digitalisation of transport documentation is already a reality and will become mandatory in the coming years. In this event, organised by ALIA and Docuten, legal experts and industry professionals will come together to analyse how the eCMR and the electronic control document will transform freight transport operations in Spain and across Europe.
During the session, we will review the regulatory timeline, how eCMR fits within the Sustainable Mobility Law, the mandatory digital control document in Spain from 2026 onwards, and the eFTI Regulation, clarifying what will be mandatory, for whom and when. We will also explore practical use cases from shippers and carriers, the specific impact on SMEs and self-employed drivers, and how to adapt without falling behind.
The event will also highlight the new opportunities enabled by eCMR, such as advance payment of transport services and solutions to reduce late payment and delinquency issues, showing how digitalisation can become a real competitive advantage.
The event will take place at the Zaragoza Logistics Center facilities and will conclude with a coffee and networking session, designed to encourage knowledge sharing and professional connections.
Don’t miss this key event to anticipate regulatory changes and successfully navigate the transition to digital transport documentation. Register here.
