What is Supply Chain Finance?

Our research line in Supply Chain and Finance focuses on analyzing the relationship between operational decisions and their financial impact, aiming to align profitability, liquidity, and logistics efficiency. We study how to integrate the financial perspective into supply chain management to maximize corporate value.

At ZLC, we work to develop tools and models that help balance physical and financial flows, anticipate risks, and enhance strategic decision-making.

Our methodology aims to address the evolving needs of companies operating in environments exposed to disruptions. The results of this research group provide practical solutions that strengthen the financial resilience of the supply chain and optimize overall business performance.
