Supply Chain Resilience, Security, and Risk Management
Our research line in Supply Chain Resilience, Security, and Risk Management focuses on designing logistics networks that can anticipate, withstand, and recover from both operational and external threats. We address risks such as counterfeiting, theft, terrorism, and natural disasters, integrating security management into every link of the chain.
Our approach ranges from proactive risk management to the development of resilience strategies, with the aim of ensuring operational continuity even in highly uncertain scenarios.
As supply chains become increasingly global and interdependent, their exposure to risk grows. At ZLC, we generate applied knowledge to tackle this reality, helping build logistics systems that are prepared for the unexpected—capable of safeguarding both the flow of goods and the strategic value of organizations.
