The transformation of the supply chain is redefining skills, professional profiles, and the ways in which talent is attracted, developed, and retained in logistics and transport. The emergence of new generations, the digitalization of processes, and the growing need for more hybrid profiles pose key challenges for companies, institutions, and training centers.
On February 18, in collaboration with the Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC), the Spanish Logistics Center (Centro Español de LogÃstica) will hold the II Forum on Talent and New Professional Profiles in Logistics and Transport Activities in Zaragoza. This professional gathering will analyze how the labor market is evolving and the strategies organizations are implementing to adapt to this new context.
Throughout the session, topics such as the arrival of Generation Z in logistics, reskilling processes, new professional profile demands, and the connection between industry, education, and young talent will be addressed, with contributions from institutional representatives, leading companies, and experts.
A forum designed to share real experiences, reflect on the future of talent in logistics, and move toward a more attractive, prepared, and competitive sector.
