The partnership strengthens the link between education, talent, and the logistics sector, fostering a more diverse, innovative, and global supply chain.
Zaragoza, May 2026. Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC) and the Association of Women in Transport and Logistics (MELYT) have formalized a collaboration agreement aimed at enhancing the development of female talent in the field of logistics and supply chain management.

This strategic collaboration is designed to create a tangible impact on the logistics ecosystem by integrating world-class education, applied knowledge, and professional development. Within this framework, both organizations will promote joint initiatives focused on specialized training, knowledge exchange, and the creation of networking spaces for industry professionals.
Among the key measures included in the agreement is preferential access for MELYT members to ZLC’s Master in Supply Chain Management, with a 20% tuition discount, as well as participation in academic and networking activities. These actions are intended to strengthen their professional growth in a global environment characterized by increasingly complex and dynamic supply chains.
“At ZLC, we work to educate the leaders who will shape the future of logistics. This collaboration allows us to move forward in that mission by incorporating a key perspective: diversity as a driver of innovation and competitiveness”, said Isabel Nuez, Managing Director of ZLC.

Mercedes Penacho, MELYT representative in Aragón, highlighted the value of the partnership: “This agreement represents an important step in continuing to promote the presence and development of female talent in the logistics sector, facilitating access to high-level education and creating new professional opportunities for our members.”
With this agreement, ZLC reinforces its role as an international knowledge platform and as a meeting point between industry, academia, and talent, actively contributing to the development of a more inclusive, sustainable, and globally prepared logistics sector.
Promoted by the Government of Aragón, affiliated with the University of Zaragoza, and part of the MIT Global SCALE network, ZLC strengthens its position as a global benchmark in education and applied research in logistics and supply chain management. Its activities are supported by collaborations with leading organizations such as Inditex, Ibercaja, and CAI, actively contributing to positioning Aragón as a European logistics hub and a strategic location for attracting talent and investment.
