ZLC Workshop on "Planning for a Stronger Supply Chain in Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries" organized by ZLC Alumni

This exclusive supply chain best practice sharing event brought together a group of key experts for the second year running who had the chance to present and discuss new advances in selected topics: SCM Health KPIs; Life Cycle Management Strategies: Launch; Life Cycle Management Strategies: Pruning and Complexity Reduction; S&OP Planning.

This meeting is an initiative of the ZLC Alumni Association, composed of 20 graduates of the MIT Zaragoza Master Program at ZLC who are currently working at pharmaceutical and chemical companies such as Novartis, Roche, Clariant and Elanco (Eli Lilly) in the Basel area. This year's workshop was organized with the support of Novartis.
