Consolidating Logistics Excellence in Horizon Europe

ZLC’s Research Office has demonstrated exceptional capacity in managing European projects, from proposal preparation to final justification. Its strategy is based on increasing participation and diversifying calls, capitalizing on the cross-cutting nature of logistics and supply chain, which has enabled ZLC to position itself as a benchmark in international research. Participation in Horizon Europe is strategic for ZLC, as it expands its knowledge network and supports the development of collaborative R&D.

Through the implementation of this project, ZLC aims to strengthen its strategic position within Horizon Europe: increasing external funding for the center by boosting the number of funded projects; strengthening ZLC’s partner network by expanding international connections; and influencing European R&D policies by actively contributing to the future research programme design.

The specific objectives for this action can be grouped as follows:
