Forecasting for New Global Health Products

Project Description

The main objective of this project will synthesize principles related to process, infrastructure, technology and intra- and inter- organizational relationships and structure, and inform recommendations for forecasting for the different product segments in the portfolio and for enabling these forecasts to support planning. These recommendations include answers to questions such as what are the metrics of forecasting success, what is the nature of data and forecasting methods/models, which kinds of organizations/skill-sets are required for this activity (existing/new) and how should they be resourced/financed (push vs. Pull).
