Redesign of PROSEGUR's Cash Center Network

Project Description

The project considers the redesign of the company's Cash Center Network in Spain, these being the points used for collection, handling and distribution of cash.

The project will include:

• The optimal number and location of the cash centers that need to be used, assuming that the company will not build any new ones and that it will maintain a reduced number of those already existing.
• The most feasible and optimal location of the clients with regard to the new cash centers.
• Number and location of the new cash hubs to be built.
• The most feasible and optimal location of the clients with regard to the cash hubs, as well as the location of the cash hubs with regard to the cash centers.
